1. Our Services

Whiskey Me Away Karaoke provides karaoke entertainment for bars, parties, weddings, and private events. Current packages and prices are listed on our Book Now page at whiskeymeawaykaraoke.com. By booking a show with us, you agree to the terms below.

2. Booking and Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. Your date is not held until the deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, before the show starts.

3. Payment

We accept cash, Cash App ($warth14513), Venmo (Nicholas-Huddleston-2), and Zelle (nick14513@gmail.com / 304-640-5092).

4. Alcohol and Equipment Damage

Alcohol is served at many of our events, and guests are welcome to have a good time. But our equipment is how we make our living, and it must be treated with care.

If anyone at your event who is drinking alcohol breaks our microphones, speakers, screens, or cords, or spills any kind of drink on or around our PA system and damage is caused, then they will have to replace what has been damaged and will be charged for the cost of the repairs or replacement.

The person who books the show is responsible for the conduct of their guests and for any charges under this section. Please keep all drinks away from the equipment area.

5. Event Space and Power

The host must provide a safe setup area with access to a working electrical outlet. Our equipment must be set up under cover (indoors, or under a roof or tent) and protected from rain and weather.

6. Conduct

We reserve the right to stop the show early if guests become abusive, threaten us, or put our equipment at risk. If a show is stopped for these reasons, no refund will be given.

7. Liability

Whiskey Me Away Karaoke is not responsible for injuries or for damage to personal property at your event. The host is responsible for their venue and their guests.

8. Agreement

By booking a show and paying the deposit, you agree to these terms.
